THE POSITION:
Assistant Manager|Governance, Risk & Compliance / Deals / ESG & Sustainability|
(Based in Ho Chi Minh City)
We are seeking a highly motivated, independent professional to join our Advisory practice, which provides services related to:

Governance, Risk & Compliance (internal audit, SOX audit, SOC assessment, corporate governance/enterprise risk management review);

Deals (corporate finance & transaction services);
-
ESG & Sustainability (audit & assurance, sustainability reporting).

Experience & Education:
-
A recognised degree in Accounting & Finance, Business or relevant discipline, Sustainability/Environmental Management.

Minimum 4 – 5 years of working experience in the related fields.

Relevant experience in an international public accounting firm and audit experience would be preferred.

Great awareness in governance/risk/compliance, M&A and ESG trends.

Good understanding of corporate governance, regulatory compliance, auditing standards and accounting principles.

Good communication skills.

Self-motivated, able to work independently and possess high integrity.
