BDO in Vietnam are pleased to announce that a local law firm in Ho Chi Minh City (now renamed as BDO Legal Vietnam LLC) has been admitted to join the BDO global network as a non-voting member firm of BDO network from mid-June 2023.
Before the admission, BDO Legal Vietnam LLC has collaborated successfully with BDO Consulting Vietnam Co., Ltd. (the voting member firm of BDO group in Vietnam) on multiple licensing/advisory projects.
BDO Legal Vietnam LLC currently has two partners who previously worked for reputable law firms in Vietnam with substantial experience in dealing with both local and international clients.
BDO Legal Vietnam LLC provides a wide range of legal services and its primarily focused practice areas include (i) Inward Investment; (ii) Corporate & Commercial; (iii) Mergers & Acquisitions; (iv) Labour & Employment; (v) Real estate advisory; and (vi) Dispute & Resolution.
